What data may be stored

When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram account with our application, we may store:

Facebook Page ID, Instagram Account ID, encrypted access token, scheduled posts, published post details, uploaded media and analytics data.

We do not store your Facebook or Instagram password.

How to request data deletion

Send an email to:

Use the subject:

Data Deletion Request

Please include your name, email address, Facebook Page name or Instagram username.

What we will delete

After verifying your request, we will disconnect your social accounts and delete your access tokens, scheduled posts, uploaded media and related analytics data.

Processing time

Your request will normally be completed within 7 business days.

Remove access from Facebook

You can also remove our application from your Facebook account.

Go to:

Facebook Settings → Business Integrations or Apps and Websites

Find our application and remove access.
