1. Services We Provide
Web Apps Services provides professional software development and technology services including:
Website and web application development.
SaaS product development.
AI agents, chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Backend systems, API development and third-party integrations.
Business workflow automation and legacy application modernization.
Database design, optimization, cloud deployment and DevOps.
Maintenance, technical support, architecture and consultation.
The exact services, features, technology, timeline and cost will be defined in the approved project proposal.
2. Project Scope
Every project will be delivered according to the scope approved before development begins.
The scope may define features, design requirements, technology, integrations, deliverables, timeline, payment milestones and support terms.
Any feature, integration, design or service not included in the approved scope will be treated as an additional requirement and may require a revised quotation and delivery schedule.
3. Quotations and Proposals
A quotation is valid for the period stated in the proposal. If no validity period is stated, it remains valid for 15 days from its issue date.
Work begins after approval and receipt of the required advance payment.
Pricing may be revised when requirements change, additional features are requested, third-party pricing changes, undisclosed technical complexity is discovered or the project is delayed for an extended period by the client.
4. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects may use milestone-based payments including an initial advance, one or more development milestone payments, a testing or staging approval payment and final payment before production launch or source-code handover.
Invoices must be paid within the period shown on the invoice.
Web Apps Services may pause development, deployment, maintenance or support while an invoice is overdue.
Third-party costs are normally paid separately by the client.
5. Third-Party Expenses
Unless expressly included in the proposal, the client is responsible for external charges including:
Domains, hosting, cloud infrastructure and SSL certificates.
Email, SMS, payment gateways, AI models and API usage.
Premium themes, plugins, fonts, media and software subscriptions.
App-store, marketplace and other external platform fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate and timely requirements, business information, content, branding assets, credentials, legal disclosures, decisions and approvals.
The client confirms that it has the right to use all material supplied for the project.
Provide required content, access and feedback on time.
Review deliverables and supply consolidated feedback.
Maintain accurate business, product, pricing and legal information.
Protect credentials and notify us promptly of access changes.
Delays in content, credentials, payments, decisions or approvals may affect the delivery date.
7. Communication and Approvals
Project communication should use the agreed email address, project-management system or messaging platform.
Written approval through an agreed channel will be considered valid project approval.
The client may provide consolidated feedback through its authorized representative to prevent conflicting instructions and unnecessary rework.
8. Project Timeline
Delivery dates are reasonable estimates based on the information available when the project is planned.
Timelines may change because of scope changes, delayed content or payments, external platform issues, unexpected dependencies or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Material schedule changes will be communicated.
9. Revisions and Change Requests
The included number of revisions will be stated in the project proposal.
A revision is a reasonable adjustment to work already included in the approved scope.
A completely new design or workflow is not a revision.
A new feature, module or third-party integration is not a revision.
Rebuilding approved work or changing approved technology is not a revision.
Out-of-scope requests may require additional cost and time.
10. Testing and Acceptance
Web Apps Services will perform reasonable testing before client review.
The client is responsible for verifying features, content, spelling, prices, forms, notifications, user permissions, calculations, reports, integrations and responsive presentation.
Unless another period is stated, defects should be reported within seven days of delivery.
A defect is an agreed feature failing to work according to the approved requirements. A new requirement or preference change is not a defect.
11. Deployment and Launch
Deployment will take place after required testing, client launch approval, payment of outstanding invoices and availability of production credentials and infrastructure.
Web Apps Services is not responsible for delays caused by domain registrars, hosting companies, cloud platforms, app stores, APIs or other third parties.
12. Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of its content, trademarks, business data and supplied materials.
After full payment, ownership of custom deliverables will transfer according to the project proposal.
Web Apps Services retains ownership of pre-existing code, reusable libraries, templates, frameworks, internal utilities, general methods and technical knowledge.
Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.
13. Portfolio Rights
Unless confidentiality terms state otherwise, Web Apps Services may display non-confidential, publicly available project information in its portfolio, proposals, case studies and professional profiles.
This may include the project name, public screenshots, general technology stack, description and launched-product link.
Portfolio confidentiality should be requested in writing before the project begins.
14. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Web Apps Services takes reasonable measures to protect confidential business information and credentials shared for project delivery.
Access may be provided only to authorized personnel or service providers when necessary.
Clients should not send production passwords through insecure channels and should rotate or revoke credentials when appropriate.
Projects processing personal or sensitive data may require a separate data-processing, privacy, retention or compliance agreement.
15. AI-Enabled Services
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected and must not replace professional legal, medical, financial or regulatory judgment.
Important AI outputs should be reviewed by an authorized person.
Sensitive actions should use permission checks and approval controls.
Model behaviour and availability may change when providers update services.
Usage fees may apply and depend on the selected provider and volume.
Accuracy depends on data quality, configuration and the use case.
16. Security
Web Apps Services applies reasonable development practices appropriate to the agreed scope, which may include input validation, authentication, authorization, secure credential handling and dependency management.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Unless covered by a separate maintenance agreement, the client remains responsible for account security, permissions, subscriptions, updates, backups, recovery and ongoing monitoring.
Formal audits and compliance certifications are separate services.
17. Maintenance and Support
Post-launch support is limited to the period and services stated in the approved proposal or maintenance plan.
Included defect support does not cover new features, design changes, content updates, client modifications, expired services, third-party changes, infrastructure failure, malware or compromised credentials.
Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate agreement.
18. Cancellation and Suspension
Either party may request cancellation in writing.
Completed work, reserved resources and third-party expenses will be calculated, and outstanding invoices remain payable.
Completed or approved milestones are non-refundable.
Deliverables may be withheld until payment is received.
Web Apps Services may suspend or terminate services because of overdue payments, unlawful use, abusive conduct, a security risk or material breach of an agreement.
19. Refund Policy
Advance and milestone payments cover reserved development time, planning, research, design and completed work.
Refund eligibility depends on work completed, resources reserved, external expenses, approved milestones and the applicable agreement.
Payments for completed or approved work are normally non-refundable.
Any approved refund will be confirmed in writing.
20. Service Availability
Web Apps Services does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of systems dependent on hosting companies, internet services, cloud platforms, APIs, AI providers, payment gateways or other third parties.
Specific uptime commitments apply only when included in a written service-level agreement.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Web Apps Services will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or reputation arising from use or unavailability of a delivered system.
Any liability remains subject to the limits stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
22. Prohibited Projects
Web Apps Services may reject or discontinue work connected with illegal products or activities, fraud, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access, spam, deceptive marketing, intellectual-property infringement, harmful content, unlawful personal-data processing or violations of third-party platform policies.
23. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in services, operating practices or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published with its updated effective date.
Material changes affecting an active project will be communicated where appropriate.
